1. Definitions

• "Website" refers to the raja9 platform accessible at https://raja9.cam and any associated mobile applications or interfaces.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any Services provided by raja9, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use our Services.

• Age Requirement: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. Online gambling is restricted to adults, and raja9 strictly enforces age verification procedures. Any Player found to be underage will have their account immediately suspended, all Bets voided, and any Winnings forfeited.

• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction. You must not be subject to any legal restrictions that would prevent you from using online betting services.
• Single Account: You are permitted to hold only one (1) Account with raja9. Multiple Accounts created by the same individual, whether through different email addresses, names, or other identifiers, are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• Personal Use: Your Account must be registered in your own legal name and for your personal use only. You may not create an account on behalf of any other person or entity.

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set forth above. raja9 reserves the right to request verification documentation at any time to confirm your identity, age, residency, and payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

4. Account Registration

Account registration with raja9 is a straightforward process designed to protect both Players and the platform. When creating your Account, you agree to:

• Accurate Information: Provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration form. You must use your legal name exactly as it appears on your official identification documents.
• Maintain Accuracy: Promptly update your Account information to maintain its accuracy. Notify raja9 immediately if you change your email address, phone number, payment method details, or residential address.
• Security: Maintain the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password). You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your Account, whether authorized by you or not. Never share your password with any third party.
• Immediate Notification: Notify raja9 customer support immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of security.

raja9 employs Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures to comply with regulatory requirements and prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of the KYC process, we may require you to submit copies of government-issued identification (KTP or passport), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership (bank statement or screenshot showing your name and account number). All submitted documents are encrypted and stored securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

raja9 supports multiple payment methods tailored specifically for Indonesian Players, including bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI, and e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All financial transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

5.1 Deposits

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit limits may vary based on your VIP tier and payment method.
• Processing Time: Deposits via Indonesian banks and e-wallets are typically processed within two (2) minutes. In rare cases where technical issues occur, deposits may take up to one (1) hour.
• Payment Method Ownership: You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.
• No Fees: raja9 does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction fees on their end.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Maximum withdrawal limits vary by VIP tier: Bronze members may withdraw up to Rp 50,000,000 per transaction, Silver members up to Rp 100,000,000, and Gold members up to Rp 250,000,000.
• Processing Time: Withdrawal requests are processed within five (5) minutes during business hours (06:00 - 22:00 WIB, Monday through Saturday). Requests submitted outside business hours will be processed on the next business day. Gold tier VIP members enjoy express processing within thirty (30) minutes at any time.
• Verification Requirements: Before processing your first withdrawal, raja9 will require completion of the KYC verification process. Subsequent withdrawals may be subject to additional verification if we detect suspicious activity or changes in payment method details.
• Wagering Requirements: Deposited funds must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal. Funds obtained from Bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements outlined in the Bonuses and Promotions section.
• Withdrawal Destination: Withdrawals must be sent to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your name and matching the payment method used for deposits. We reserve the right to refuse withdrawals to third-party accounts.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

raja9 offers various Bonuses and promotional offers to enhance Player experience. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly communicated at the time of the offer. General rules governing Bonuses include:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to eligible Players who meet the specific requirements of each promotion. Some Bonuses may be restricted to new Players, while others are available to existing Players based on their activity level or VIP tier.
• One Bonus Per Player: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one Bonus may be active on your Account at any given time. You may not combine multiple Bonuses or promotional offers simultaneously.
• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Typical wagering requirements range from 10x to 40x the Bonus amount, depending on the specific promotion. Only Bets placed with real money (not Bonus funds) count toward wagering requirements unless otherwise specified.
• Game Contribution: Different games contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10-20%, and sports betting contributes 100% for single Bets and 50% for accumulator Bets. • Maximum Bet Limits: While playing with active Bonus funds, you may be subject to maximum Bet limits (typically Rp 50,000 per Bet). Exceeding these limits may void your Bonus and any associated Winnings.
• Time Limits: Bonuses and their associated wagering requirements must be completed within a specified timeframe (usually 7 to 30 days from the date of Bonus activation). Expired Bonuses and any Winnings derived from them will be forfeited.
• Withdrawal Restrictions: You may not withdraw funds while an active Bonus is in progress unless you first forfeit the Bonus and any Winnings derived from it.
• Abuse Prevention: raja9 reserves the right to void Bonuses and Winnings if we determine that a Player has engaged in Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim Bonuses, coordinating with other Players, or employing betting patterns designed to exploit Bonus terms.

7. Betting Rules

All Bets placed on the raja9 platform are subject to the following general rules. Specific games and betting markets may have additional rules detailed within the game interfaces.

7.1 General Rules

• Finality of Bets: Once a Bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or canceled except in cases where the event is postponed, canceled, or abandoned according to specific sport or game rules.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Each game and betting market has minimum and maximum Stake limits. Minimum Stakes typically start at Rp 1,000 for most games. Maximum Stakes vary by game type, betting market, and your VIP tier.
• Acceptance of Bets: raja9 reserves the right to refuse any Bet or limit the Stake amount on any Bet at our sole discretion, without providing a reason. This right is typically exercised to manage risk or prevent potential abuse.
• Results and Settlement: Bet results are determined based on official results published by the relevant sports governing bodies, lottery organizers, or game providers. In the event of disputes regarding results, raja9's decision is final and binding.
• Errors and Malfunctions: In the event of obvious errors in odds, game results, or platform functionality, raja9 reserves the right to void affected Bets and refund Stakes. Players are expected to report any suspected errors immediately to customer support.

7.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting on raja9 covers a wide range of sports including football (BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League), basketball, tennis, badminton, volleyball, and e-sports. Specific rules apply:

• Match Postponement: If a match is postponed and does not commence within 24 hours of the original scheduled start time, all Bets on that match will be voided and Stakes refunded.
• Abandoned Matches: If a match is abandoned before completion, Bets will be settled based on the specific market rules. In most cases, Bets are voided unless the outcome was already determined before abandonment.
• Live Betting: In-play Bets are accepted at dynamically changing odds that reflect the current state of the match. There may be brief delays in Bet acceptance due to live data transmission. If a significant event occurs during the delay period, the Bet may be rejected.

7.3 Casino Games

All casino games, including live casino, slots, and table games, use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealers to ensure fair and random outcomes:

• Fair Play: raja9 partners exclusively with reputable game providers whose RNG systems are independently tested and certified by recognized testing laboratories.
• Disconnection Policy: If your connection to a live casino game is lost during play, the game round will continue and be settled according to the game rules. You can view the result in your gaming history after reconnecting.
• Malfunction Voids Pays: In the event of a game malfunction, all affected game rounds and payouts are void. Stakes will be refunded to affected Players.

• Collusion and Cheating: Coordinating with other Players to gain unfair advantages, exploiting software bugs, using automated betting bots, or any other form of cheating.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple Accounts to claim Bonuses multiple times, coordinating with others to abuse Bonus offers, or employing betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk.
• Money Laundering: Using the raja9 platform to launder money or transfer funds obtained through illegal activities. We comply with all anti-money laundering regulations and report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
• Underage Gambling: Allowing minors to access or use your Account, or creating an Account if you are under 21 years of age.
• Reverse Engineering: Attempting to decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise discover the source code of any software used on the raja9 platform.
• Circumventing Restrictions: Using VPNs, proxies, or other technologies to hide your true location or circumvent geo-blocking measures.

10. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, raja9 and its owners, operators, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Indirect Damages: Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
• Service Interruption: Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Services due to technical difficulties, maintenance, force majeure events, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Third-Party Actions: Actions or omissions of third-party service providers, including but not limited to payment processors, game providers, and telecommunications providers.
• Account Security: Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• User Error: Mistakes made by you in placing Bets, including but not limited to selecting the wrong team, event, or stake amount.

You acknowledge and agree that you use the raja9 platform at your own risk. All Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Services is to stop using the platform.

11. Account Termination

Either you or raja9 may terminate your Account at any time:

11.1 Termination by Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected] and requesting account closure. Before closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance in your Account. Any active Bonuses will be forfeited upon account closure.

11.2 Termination by raja9

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close your Account immediately without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• We suspect fraudulent, collusive, or other illegal activity.
• You fail to provide requested verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe.
• Your Account remains inactive (no login or betting activity) for more than 12 consecutive months.
• We are required to do so by law, regulation, or governmental authority.

Upon termination by raja9 for breach of Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Upon termination due to inactivity, you will be notified and given an opportunity to withdraw your balance before closure.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and principles of fair dealing. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the raja9 platform shall be resolved as follows:

• Informal Resolution: Before initiating any formal dispute process, you agree to contact raja9 customer support to attempt to resolve the matter informally. Many disputes can be resolved quickly and satisfactorily through direct communication.
• Final Decision: If informal resolution is not successful, raja9's decision on all matters relating to Bet settlement, account management, and interpretation of these Terms shall be final and binding.
• Arbitration: For disputes that cannot be resolved through the above process, the matter shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English.
